In this important workshop, you will create a beautiful mixed media painting as a positive reminder of the strengths that you possess while delving into self-empowering exercises that will raise your confidence level. 


Providing a holistic approach for the mind and body, this workshop will also help you boost your self-esteem by using tried and true self-care tips.  Indulge your senses in a mini spa experience for your face and hands using natural skincare ingredients while knowing that how you take care of “you” can have an everlasting effect on your wellbeing.
